How to Order Custom Tennis Bags: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Ordering custom tennis bags is simple once you know the steps. The whole process is built around one idea: you approve a free mockup before you ever pay, so there’s no risk in starting.

Use this checklist to go from logo to delivered bags.

1. Gather your artwork

Find the best version of your logo — ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF). Only have a photo or a PNG? That’s fine; our designers recreate it production-ready at no charge. Note any exact brand (Pantone) colors you need matched.

2. Pick your style and colors

Decide which bag fits your audience — racquet bag, backpack, duffel, sling, or junior — and a bag color. Not sure? Tell us the audience and we’ll recommend a style and even a split across styles.

3. Estimate quantity

Approximate is fine for a quote. Our minimum is 12 per style, and pricing improves as quantity grows. Mixing styles counts together toward volume pricing.

4. Request your quote

Send your logo, style, color, and target quantity through the quote form. We reply within one business day with a photo-real mockup and bulk pricing.

5. Approve the mockup

Check spelling, colors, and placement on the mockup. Revisions are unlimited and free — we keep going until it’s exactly right. Only then do you pay and production begins.

6. Plan your deadline

Standard production is about three weeks from approval, plus shipping. Working back from an event date? Start six to seven weeks out, or ask about rush production for tighter timelines.
