The single biggest decision on a custom tennis bag isn’t the bag — it’s how your logo goes on it. Embroidery and full-color printing each look great, but they suit different logos, budgets, and audiences.

Here’s how to choose, with a side-by-side comparison.

Embroidery: premium and permanent

Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric. It reads as premium — the look members associate with a good club — and it never peels, cracks, or fades. The trade-off is detail: very small text, fine gradients, and photographic artwork don’t translate to thread. It’s ideal for crests, monograms, and clean logos in a handful of colors.

Full-color print: artwork and gradients

Sublimation and digital printing reproduce anything — gradients, photos, full-bleed patterns, sponsor lockups with many colors. If your branding is colorful or detailed, printing is the way to get it exactly right, and it can cover far more of the bag than a stitched patch. Screen printing is a third option for bold single-color marks at high volume.

How to decide

If your logo is a clean crest and you want the classic club look, choose embroidery. If it has gradients, photographs, or a multi-color sponsor lockup — or you want a large, eye-catching design — choose print. Many clubs do both: an embroidered crest on the front pocket and a printed sponsor panel on the side.
