Return Policy

Because every bag is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders. Each bag is produced specifically for you — with your logo, colors, and personalization — so it cannot be resold or restocked. The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you sign off on exactly what you’re getting before production begins.

Our production guarantee

If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers manufacturing errors and discrepancies from your approved design, not changes of mind, sizing preferences, or ordering the wrong quantity.

How to report an issue

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at george@customtennisbags.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Before you order

Take advantage of the free mockup and unlimited revisions. Confirm spelling, colors, quantities, and placement on the mockup — once you approve and we produce, the order is final.
