A tournament is a branding opportunity that lasts long after the final point. Player-gift bags and staff bags turn every competitor and volunteer into a walking billboard for your event and its sponsors — for years, not just for the weekend.

Here’s how to do tournament bags well.

Player gifts vs. staff bags

Two different jobs. Player-gift bags should feel like a keepsake — a racquet bag or duffel competitors will genuinely use, with the event logo and year. Staff and volunteer bags are about identification and a unified look on site; a backpack or sling in the event color does the job affordably.

Working in sponsor logos

Tournaments live on sponsorships, and a bag with two large panels gives sponsors real estate they value. Put the event crest on one side and a title sponsor on the other, or run a multi-sponsor lockup on the main panel. We mock up the layout so every logo looks deliberate.

Hitting the deadline

Event dates don’t move, so plan backward. Standard production is about three weeks from approved mockup; add time for shipping and a buffer. If you’re tight, ask about rush production and give us your in-hand date up front.

Quantity tips

Order to your draw size plus staff, plus a 10% buffer for late entries, replacements, and a few to keep for sponsors and press. The 25-bag minimum is easy to clear for most events, and extras rarely go to waste at a tournament.
